Militia U16 start Day 2 with 5-1 victory.

FOXBORO – With two games to play on the day, the Boch Militia U16 started their second day of play at the 2017 Midget Fall Classic strong with their second win of the tournament, 5-1 over the South Shore Kings.

It was a slow start offensively for both sides, not until deep into the first half either side was able to get on the score sheet. An unassisted goal by Jacob Lavoie at 19:37 gave the Militia a 1-0 lead that lasted through the duration of the first half.

While there was little offense in the first, the opposite was true in the second as the Militia got off to a strong start with a goal by Kevin Coyle just 29-seconds in and continued to roll from there. Three more times Boch scored to amass themselves a 5-0 advantage, goals coming from Fitz Frechette and a pair from Bubba Gazard.

The Kings finally got on the board with an unassisted score from Sean Connelly at 21:30, finalizing the 5-1 score.
